Although shown as a BOAT on Hampshire Council's definitive map, this lane is blocked by barriers at it's halfway point. I cannot find any details of a TRO.
UPDATE (02/03/2012): Actually, it is subject to a TRO for 'any motor vehicle having 3 or more wheels'. Trail bikers are therefore in the clear, but 4x4's are not allowed. Who knows why.
