With the building of Weir Wood Reservoir, this byway effectively became a dead-end. Today it serves as the driveway for both Boyles and Busses Farm, and since it runs on tarmac or concrete for it's whole length, it's really offers nothing of even the slightest interest, despite it's length.

Go and get lunch in East Grinstead instead, and make damn sure to visit the incredible Bluebell Railway, which terminates here.
