Like Roy, we don't know who Russell is either. But we christened this otherwise un-named byway after him as the house at it's southern embouchement saw fit to as well! But this UCR is way too overgrown to bother driving. There is not even room for a trail bike in places, so damage to one's vehicle is guaranteed. Further, the definitive maps show it to be a path and therefore it is debatable as to whether it even carries vehicular rights.
